Description

Clematis finetiana widely distributed in south China, in Zhejiang Fujian, Guangxi, Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. It is exploited and used as a medicinal plant because of triterpenoid saponins, flavonoids and many other compounds present in roots and leaves. The extracts of the plants possess wound healing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal activities.
