Assembly result: A total of 51,402 high quality isoform sequences. The number of genes with no isoforms was 42,345. The transcript length ranged from a minimum of 305 bp to a maximum of 7264 bp with an average length of 1781 bp. Final reference gene set contained 46,306 sequences excluding isoforms. The average coding sequence (CDS) length was 832 bp, with minimum and maximum lengths of 150 bp and 4362 bp, respectively.
