Description
Boehmeria nivea, commonly known as ramie or China grass, belongs to family Urticaceae and it is widely cultivated as a perennial herb in Asian countries, such as China, Korea, and India. The root of B. nivea contains "ramie acid" medicinal ingredients, has the function of nourishing Yin, antipyretic fetus, treating antepartum and postpartum upset, as well as treating skullhead and so on.
